Frequently Asked Questions
Sara Sells is a monthly warehouse sale offering furniture, lighting, and home decor at up to 60% off retail pricing. We have three locations - NASHVILLE (College Grove, TN), MEMPHIS (Eads, TN), BIRMINGHAM (Birmingham, AL). We have plenty of parking at all locations, so find your parking spot and secure your place in line! The line forms outside, so dress weather appropriately. Some of our customers line up 60-90 minutes before the sale starts. Feel free to bring a chair or blanket to sit on while waiting. Our doors open on Saturday at 8 am. When the sale opens, we manage the flow of customers in the space.
At Saturday in-person sales, there is a local food truck that will begin serving at 7am.
Our Sunday sales are online-only from 11am - 8pm.
Some of our customers line up 60-90 minutes before the Saturday sale starts. Doors open at 8am.
Feel free to bring a tote/bag for smaller items.
No. Our in-person and online sales are free and open to the public.
In the warehouse, we have both large and small items. You are welcome to bring a bag or basket to carry your small items. We are also happy to hold them at the register with a name. To purchase larger pieces, stand next to the piece and raise your hand and wait for a mobile cashier to assist you.
**Please do not pull tags off items in the warehouse.
We accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards.
We have multiple but limited quantities in our back warehouse.
Following our Saturday in-person sale at each location, the shopping link will be live on Sunday at 11am. The link will be posted in our Instagram bio, Facebook page, and sent to those on our email lists. Sign-up to receive our emails here.
Our Sunday online sale will include the remaining items available from the Saturday warehouse sale for each location.
Yes! Delivery is available up to 50 miles. The delivery fee is based on mileage and number of pieces purchased. Delivery is available to purchase on sale weekend, during sale hours ONLY.

Yes, we offer alternate pickup days at all locations, Wednesday-Friday between 10am-3pm. No appointment necessary. Pull up to the designated pickup area at each location. Items need to be picked up within 2 weeks. If items are not picked up within two weeks, a gift card will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee.
*Pick up days for our December Sale will be Wednesday 12/13 - Friday 12/15 and Monday 12/18 - Wednesday 12/20. All items must be picked up by the 20th.
All opened, unboxed items must be inspected before leaving Sara Sells property. Any item in a box must be inspected within 48 hours of receiving the item. All damaged must be reported within 48 hours to Sara Sells team. In the event of a damage, customers are responsible for the transportation of the item to and from the original location.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping currently.
No. We want to give everyone the same opportunity to purchase at each sale, so we do not offer pre-sales.
Items cannot be special ordered. The inventory on sale weekends is what is available for that month.
We attend multiple furniture markets each year putting orders in for new to market pieces. That combined with developing and manufacturing our own products gives us a new variety each month. We blend the new finds with best-selling favorites to bring you fresh looks at each sale!
Our sale occurs one weekend a month at each of our locations (Saturday is in-person. Sunday is online only).
Yes. You can purchase gift cards at our in person sales or online.
All sales are final, so please inspect your merchandise carefully before purchasing.
