Pickup Policy

You came, you shopped, you bought all of the beautiful things! Now it’s time to get them home! If you are unable to take your items home on sale day we have alternate pick up times available. Our pickup days and times are the same at all locations. We offer no appointment necessary pickup windows from Wednesday to Friday, 10am-3pm following each sale. All items must be picked up within two weeks of purchase. If items are not picked up within two weeks, a store credit will be issued for the full amount minus a 15% restocking fee. 

WHAT TO EXPECT AT PICKUP

When picking up your pieces at all locations, please pull to the designated loading area and our team will greet you. Please provide a receipt or order number. Our team will load all items into your vehicle. Please bring an appropriate vehicle, materials to protect items, and any necessary accessories to secure them. 

All opened, unboxed items must be inspected before leaving Sara Sells property. Any item in a box must be inspected within 48hrs of receiving the item. All damages must be reported within that 48hrs to the Sara Sells team. In the event of a damage, customers are responsible for the transportation of all purchased items back to and from the original location.

All sales are final, so please inspect your merchandise carefully.

WHERE TO PICKUP

Our pick up dock is located to the far left towards the back of our warehouse. Once at the garage door, please ring the bell and have your order number ready for our Warehouse Team to load your items for you.
